The subsidy code is the name given by Motorola to an eight (8) digit unlock code. This is the number you need to unlock your phone. When you try to use your Motorola phone with a company other than the original, the phone will display this message. We can generate your subsidy code using your IMEI. |

Does your service unlock phones that have been stolen? |
When a phone is reported stolen, the IMEI number is listed as invalid and such phone becomes banned. Changing an IMEI number is completely illegal in most countries. Our service does not change the IMEI number. Nor will allow you to make use of stolen phones or of those which have become banned.

Can I receive a refund if the service does not work?

Absolutely. If we are not able to generate your unlock code, you will receive a full refund within 24 hours. No refunds will be issued in those cases in which the IMEI number has been incorrectly entered.
